Healthy and Balanced Diet a la Gisele Bündchen

Supermodel body isn’t built in a day. Most of them, i.e. Claudia Schiffer and Gisele Bündchen, have followed a diet based on 3 keys: nutrition, exercise, and motivation.

What’s good about this diet is it meets all the recommendations of WHO since the diet is all about small portions of food. It means we still can eat anything, in reasonable bits 🙂
